Rquirements and Conditions for Obtaining a Marriage Facilitation Fund
- The applicants for the fund must be both with Libyan nationality.
- The fund applicant must have reached (25) years for the husband and (18) for the wife.
- The age difference between the spouses shall not exceed (15) years.
- The applicant must not have been married before.
- The date of concluding the contract shall be from 12/08/2021 AD, and it is required that he has a recent registration number.
